On June 20th the top two posts with the most “likes”, from each regional Facebook page, will be selected and the person with the most likes at the end of the period will be the winner!
Below are the Official Rules – Terms and Conditions:
• By entering into this promotion, participants agree to abide by these official rules, and all terms and conditions of the promotion.
• No purchase necessary
• The eligible winner will be notified through Facebook messenger.
• The winner will receive one of two options (1) up to 2 hours of professional home organizing services including storage/organizing solutions ($250 total value)…OR (2) up to 3 hours of professional home cleaning services from a local cleaning company ($250 value).
• Prize limit cannot exceed $250 value.
• Local professionals carrying out prize fulfillment will be selected by Hayden Homes.
• The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning
• Eligibility requirements to enter the promotion and qualifications to win include:
• Must be residing in Oregon, Washington or Idaho
• Entries are limited to Followers in cities or metropolitan areas within 50 miles of a city where Hayden Homes currently builds, in Oregon, Idaho or Washington only.  These areas are defined on the Hayden Homes website
• Offer void to non-US Residents/Citizens or to residents of any other state
• Offer void in geographic areas not covered and for non-eligible entrants
• Current employees of Hayden Homes or its affiliates are not eligible to enter and/or win the Grand Prize
• One entry per household only.  Additional entries will be disqualified and do not increase the chances of winning
• Winner need not be present to win at the time of selection
• Winner has 72 hours to claim their prize, and if not timely claimed, an alternate winner will be selected
• Offer/promotion void where prohibited by law
• Entries must comply with all designated entry procedures and requirements, and must be timely received during the promotional period  (April 20th to June 20th, 2016  be eligible and qualify)
• Entrants or entries that do not meet all of the eligibility/qualification requirements are not eligible for inclusion in the drawing or to win the Grand Prize, and are void
• If the entry/winner drawn does not meet all of these eligibility requirements and/or qualifications, Hayden Homes will draw another entry/winner until an entry/winner meeting all of the eligibility and qualification requirements is drawn
• The winner will be determined by the following: on June 20th 2016, two semi-finalists will be selected from each regional page, between June 21-25 based on the most amount of likes on the original post. A contest will be help between the two semi-finalists, and the winner for each regional will be selected by the post that receives the most likes from the semi-finalists selections. All winners will be notified by July 1, 2016.
